My Items from the 2014 competition
I competed in the 2014 Commercial Baking SkillsUSA competition in New Jersey. To the left is the items I presented to the judges. I placed second out of Twenty-four contestents.
What I prepared (top left going clockwise):
-A filled cake, covered in buttercream with a spray of pink roses and says "Happy Birthday to All"
-Twelve Danish, filled and glazed
-One braided bread
-Twelve rolls, three dinner rolls, three knotted rolls, and three double knotted rolls
-California Rasin Muffins
-Twenty-four spritz cookies, the size of a quarter

The following year, I competed again in the commercial baking competition for New Jersey SkillsUSA. I placed seventh place out of twenty-four contestants.
